Smoking is allowed on the balconies. Secure underground parking on request, is charged £8 per 24-hours or £30 per week plus VAT. The welcome pack consist of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cereal, bread, butter, preserves, toiletries and a guide. At the time of check out, keys are left in the Drop Off Box

Booking terms
Credit card information and a signed booking form is required to confirm a reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, 3 nights rent will be charged. For stays of 1-6 nights, 1 night rent will be charged. For stays of 7 nights or more, the maximum charge will be 3 nights. No shows will be charged 3 nights rent.
Extension Policy: Please allow 7 days notice if you wish to extend the stay
Apartment Rules: The limit to the total number of guests who stay overnight is restricted to the number of people booked in the apartment and shown in the reservation form. The provider reserves the right to charge a supplement for each additional person in excess of the above shown limits an amount equivalent to the rental charge ÷ 2 for each night that such additional person(s) stay at the apartment. You agree to observe all reasonable precautions for safety and security of the apartment and the common areas of the building that the apartment is situated in. You agree not to keep in the apartments any of the following: any live animals of any description; articles or liquids that are dangerous, noxious, inflammable, explosive or which may give rise to a health or fire risk; firearms, illegal drugs and any other illegal goods; anything unlawfully in your possession; anything specified as being prohibited in any written notice or list, which may be issued from time to time by the provider. You agree not to use the apartment for any business purpose and/or any purpose which is illegal and/or immoral. In the event of a breach of any of the rules, the provider reserves the right to terminate its contract with you with immediate effect and in such circumstances the charge (or balance of the charge) is payable immediately. In addition you agree to indemnify the provider against any losses, damages and expenses (including costs) it suffers due to breach of any rules. You acknowledge that the provider and its agents can have unrestricted and immediate right of access at all times to the apartment in the event of an emergency (or a perceived emergency) and have a right of access at all other times upon reasonable notice given by the provider.
Warranties and Liability: nothing contained in the contract between you and the apartment provider shall create or be deemed or implied to create any relationship of landlord or tenant between the provider and yourself. The provider warrants that it will provide the services pursuant to its contract with you using reasonable care and skill. All other warranties are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. The provider is not responsible in any way for loss of or damage to any of your personal belongings. The provider recommends that you obtain appropriate insurance cover loss or damage to personal property during your stay. The provider is not liable for the acts or defaults caused by third parties or for events outside its reasonable control, except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the apartment provider’s negligence, the provider shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of its contract with you, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by the negligence of the provider, its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of the service given by the provider or the use of that service by you or which results from any access or use, or any inability to access or use, this site. The entire liability of the apartment provider under or in connection with its contract with you shall not exceed the rental charge. Nothing in the terms shall affect a consumer’s statutory rights.
