The premium tarriff rates below are valid during The Olympic Games and Paralympics, 25 July – 21 August. The minimum stay is 2 nights and a £500 deposit is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable if the apartment is cancelled

The Premium Tarriff rates are inclusive of maid service Monday to Friday and complimentary access to Health Club with gym, pool, sauna, stream room and beauty treatment rooms

The majority of the Deluxe and Super Deluxe apartments have an extra pull down bed in the living area to accommodate an extra guest. Please let us know at the time of your enquiry if you require an apartment with a pull down bed.

Credit card details are required to make a reservation

Payments & Deposits:

For all bookings made within 4 weeks of the arrival date, the full amount is payable when the reservation is confirmed. For reservations from 1 – 6 nights inclusive, you are required to pay a deposit of the cost of the first night’s accommodation, at the time of the reservation, if made more than 4 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations of 7 nights or more, a 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation, if made more than 4 weeks prior to arrival. Please be aware that the provider is unable to confirm or hold any reservation for you until the relevant deposit has been provided or the full payment is settled.

A deposit of minimum 2 night’s accommodation will be held against telephone charges and/or breakages

Cancellation Policy – non arrivals: stays of 1-6 nights
72 hours notice – no fee
Bookings 1-3 nights – less than 72 hours notice- 1 night charge
Bookings 4-6 nights – less than 72 hours notice – 2 nights charge

Cancellation Policy – non arrivals: stays of 7 nights+
Bookings 7-28 nights – less than 2 weeks notice – 7 nights charge
Bookings 29-60 nights – less than 4 weeks notice – 2 weeks charge
Blooings 60 nights plus – less than 6 weeks notice – 3 weeks charge

Cancellation Policy – in-house guests:
1-6 nights – full rent will be charged
7 nights+ – 7 nights rent will be charged

Smoking & Pets:
Sanctum has a NO SMOKING policy according to the new UK laws that came into force on 1st July 2007. Any person found smoking in the building (including apartments) will be charged up to £5000. You may face a charge for repainting the walls and cleaning upholstery if the above policy is not adhered to. Under no circumstances will pets be allowed to the building
