Single occupancy rate is applicable for stays in a 2-bedroom apartment, but on the condition that only one bedroom is used. Full 2-bedroom rate will apply if the second bedroom is used. These rates will not apply during events such as the Edinburgh Festival (August) and the Hogamanay
Booking terms
Credit card details are required to make a reservation and full payment will be charged at the time of booking. 20% of the rent is non-refundable and will be held as a cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will be charged the total cost of the resevation
